@Grazie - Do you have such mouse settings? I do not remember how it was in windows 7. Was there any other control panel, because in this old - traditional one, there is no setting. This is evidently Vegasa's fault. Specifically, OFX support. I hope it will be repaired one day.
4. Sing out from your user account and sing in again.
To restore the default behavior, you need to set the "MouseWheelRouting" value to 2.
Is Singing necessary? Don't wanna scare the neighbours . . . .
@mateuszszar : And thank you for tracking it down. I get red-faced at my little understadning of PC stuff.
I have a Logi Mouse and it comes with a humongous amount of Settings Options. I'll try and navigate my way through them prior to donning my Chain Mail and Articulated Armour for a Reg Edit session. BTW? Who IS Mr. Reginald Edit? One of Mr Gates boyz?
@Grazie Do you have the exact issue whereby rotating the mouse wheel downwards does not decrease sliders in OFX controls (on the "Parameters" tab rather than "Custom" tab in FX that have both)?
"Under the MOUSE settings there is an option to SCROLL inactive windows when hovering. If this is enabled, you can scroll to the right in settings but not to the left. If you disable this option you can scroll both directions. "
