But with GPU rendering is it only justing 20% of both CPU and GPU and nothing to be seen on SSD use

if i go to pure CPU, then it able to use all i have on the CPU. i have other video that is using all the ressouer no problem. i have try making a new project as the old project that came from my old pc running VEGAS 15, but no the problem is the same.

My PC (yes i no my graphic card is on the low end, i will upgrade at some point):

AMD X3700 - 32gb Ram - RX560 (4gb)

this video is 32min but it will take me 1:30 hr. to render it in 720p

and as i say i have done other video on there the the apox. 30min only took 7 min on 1080p 30fps and using 100% GPU.

So problem video is from Xsplit, did it use VCE hardware encoding? Vegas often just doesn't like hardware encoded videos, and a variable frame rate can occur that slows down vegas, even if you have encoder on CFR. I don't have any first hand experience with VCE encoding or Xsplit btw so talking in general. If you were really interested to get to the bottom of this. you could re-encode your source video using handbrake etc, to x264, CFR, choose the fastest lowest quality mode, not important. replace original source file and see if it's much faster. If it is then you know the problem is with xsplit and your encoding

If you didn't use hardware encoding disregard

HI lenard, Yes this one was made with Hardware encoding form Xspilt and the other one i mantion was not. I have some older raw files form Xspilt for my old pc there i did not use it. as it had only a 5690 HD in installed, i will try to replace it with one of thoes to see it it makes a chance. and if it dos then it is only 2 i can live with them take some time to render.

I have found a problem with my srouce file, but that only gave 5-10%.

but i have found a work around, it is not a solution on the problem.

but with the "bad mp4 souce" are i am now running 50-60% and can get it done i 25min.

i have simpley placed all the pictures in a new single PNG, and with the "good souce" can i run with 90% so i can do it on 11 min. what is accpertble for my, thanks for your input.

but i still look like it is haveing some problemes with still PNG files.
