Delete the word "Sony" otherwise someone will accuse you of pirated Vegas.

Your shift key is broken?

Anyway, what media are you using? https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-to-post-mediainfo-and-vegas-pro-file-properties--104561/

Did you apply any Fx? Not all can be previewed in realtime.

i honestly feel like i tried everything but nothing works i put a screen shot here its a   Type: HEVC ?

60fps HEVC can be very hard to edit.

Can you also provide MediaInfo and paste in the rest of the file details? What is the source? Screen capture?

In prefences/ file io you can also try the newer HEVC decoder by unchecking legacy HEVC and see if that makes a difference.

Unchecking legacy HEVC worked perfectly for me! Previously tried increasing dynamic RAM, setting "Multi stream renderer" to TRUE, messing around with preview size/frame rate...nothing helped, but this finally solved my issue :)
