Problemas no idioma e algumas ferramentas de usp

Oi, Instalei o Vegas 17 Platinum, ele e quando pedia sobre a linguagem errei em colocar espanhol, pois não tem em português (BR) correto?

Em algum momento parece que ele não concluiu a instalação, pois as pastas de ferramentas parecem espalhas pelo meu micro.

Que posso fazer? Desinstalar e instalar tudo seria uma boa ideia?

Então se tiver como eu mudar para brasileiro seria ótimo. mas caso não tenha prefiro poder recolocar em inglês. tenho como?

E sobre como posso aprender a usar as ferramentas dele, existe um curso?
