Read support for H.265 10-bit 4:2:2, e.g. Panasonic GH5

Vegas Pro 14 can read H.265 10-bit 4:2:0 files, but not 4:2:2 or 4:4:4. The upcoming Panasonic GH5 can generate H.265 10-bit 4:2:2 files in MP4 or MOV. It would be great to see support added for this format.

That discussion was about H.264 files. I'm talking about H.265.

Oops, I overlooked that last digit.

According to this, H.265 is only for the 6K photo mode.

The anamorphic movie mode will also use H.265.
