render VPro 19 build 424 - trial

Betovalle wrote on 11/25/2021, 7:13 AM

I use vegas movie studio 17 and I'm evaluating vegas Pro. My intention if it's satisfactory, migrate to VPro Edit!
But this test version doesn't allow to evaluate the rendering for more than 2 minutes (very little!).
So, I would like to know from you users, if the rendering/engine is exactly the same or not!
Thanks!

Yes, that is the limitation of the trial version - strictly speaking it is <2 min.

Otherwise, the trial version is exactly the same as the version you then buy - or rather, you only have to enter your (purchased) key (code) in the trial version so that it becomes the full version.

Actually my impression is that Betovalle is asking if the rendering/engine in VP is the same as VMS?

I'm only a VMS user but others I know use VP and VMS so could possibly answer the query or maybe one of the Vegas team.

@EricLNZ
Interesting thought
@Betovalle
Could you please be more specific with your question?

you experts know that a video that is longer than 2 minutes can have another outcome in relation to rendering performance / memory consumption etc. So that was just it. I would like to test it but I understand myself in this regard and thank you for your attention.
