Your source is 24 fps. Is there a special reason your render template is set to PAL 25 fps?

Also I would use an NVIDIA NVENC rendertemplate instead of Intel QSV.

I would definitely not render 24 fps with a 25 fps rendertemplate, like John also noticed.

2 things I don't get realy.
1. You choose a another template and customized it to the Nvenc, while that Nvenc template is present beneath the one you choosed.
2. What is the difference between the last two screenshots?

I reported more than a month ago the same error with only 4K renders with the NVenc GPU help: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/vp-17-issue-still-only-on-laptop-again--117092/
I discovered also that disabeling that GPU in decoding ( file I/O) helps and also that the template you choosed before your customize action gives no problem.

@j-v the file type, if you prefer; MP4 in the filename field on the last, masked by the "Render Options" dropdown on the forelast.

t gives no difference in the showed rendertemplates, that mp4 extension is in both cases already shown by the name of the codec of Magix. Both pictures tells the same message, i.c. o.p. is using another, customized template of the very first picture of his opening post.

and sorry, it should be better not to interfere in a question for the o.p and not for the community.
