Sometimes strange behaviour after close VPro 18 latest build

j-v wrote on 9/29/2020, 1:06 PM

Everytime I visited this forums on Google and start the program VPro 18 to closely look to some things especially render as ... settings, after closing Google and VPro 18 and start something else, after a few seconds also VPro 18 starts again.
I looked in the taskmanagement if maybe someting of the program was hanging in applications or backgroundprocesses, but nothing was.
Am I the only one?

added: Because it happens repeatedly I made a video of it, look how it goes

I am currently also starting VPro 18 about 20 times a day as I run tests and complete some projects but that has never happened to me.

As I stated I have it only after use of Google to enter this Vegas site and than starts and end Vegas Pro 18 plus Google both.
Not if I only use Vegas for testing and working at my present projects.
I'll add a video of it to my OP

@j-v
I have now tested it 3 times - exactly according to your instructions - did not occur.
Maybe it's the browser? I'm using Firefox - recently updated

Update:
Yesterday evening I deleted the 2 last Windows 10 updates of 25/9 and went to sleep.
This morning when I tried to repeat this strange behaviour I did not see it anymore.
Hope it stays this way and maybe those Windows updates did something strange. I interrupted the updates till 7/11.

Congratulations!👍

Once again you can see what can have an influence and that the best way to get ahead is with careful testing.

As my physiotherapist always says: The location of the symptoms is not always the location of the problem - very often the cause is completely different.
