He-he, and this year it's at 3:30pm on Tuesday.

$75,000 worth of very serious professional goodies last time I was there, got some great stuff.

But I'm not waiting for the Xiiphone to upgrade my 3G (the only phone worth web surfing on).

I got a Sony T-shirt once from a friend who went to NAB. Because of that, I like Vegas.

I feel guilty now.

:)

Just a loyal, satisfied user of Sony Vegas. That is all if you must know.

Robert W, welcome to our Russian forum ProVegas, at us it is exact who does not receive money from Sony. Also will be always glad to you to help. If you will be not not complicated by dialogue in Russian.
P.S. Though at our forum many would not refuse compensation for advancement of products Sony :-)

"DSE, you have me entirely wrong. What concerns me is when there are forum members seemingly irrationally defending Sony to the point of almost literally calling white black."

I can't believe that everyone ignored such perfect, technically-related "straight line".

BTW, in the interest of disclosure, my real name is James Earl Sony. I did own Sony camcorders and TVs, but I sold them, so that I could post here, without giving the appearance of a conflict..

These individuals are what you would call fanbois or fanboys. They are not rational, they have an emotional investment with their product. There are not that many on this board. You can name them, but I don't like naming blink in that many posts. I am surprised you haven't seen this before. See discussions between Linux and Windows folks. In older days between OS/2 and Windows people etc. It is the 'net and it is "old" on the net.

You will very rarely find employees of a company doing this.

82 posts and the thread has been humorous at times, informational at some, but no one has dragged it down to the level of flamewars or ad-hominy attacks.

Try that on *any* other products' support forums.
