Heelo, i was wondering if i were to purchase effects such as sapphire and any borisfx, would they work on the steam version?

Voukoder says this in footnote #2:
2 Due to file structure restrictions Voukoder does not work with Windows Store or Steam versions of these applications.
Referring to Vegas. Don't know if it applies to other plugins or 3rd Party fx generally. But given that it precludes free Voukoder, that does it for me. I'd avoid Steam.
