How should we know not knowing what you are doing besides render a 3 m. video?

What are your project properties, what type of media do you have on your timeline, and what render settings are you using?

Project Properties: Custom (1920x1080, 30.000 fps)

Video Properties: 1080p 60fps

I have just few video clips along with texts, pictures, and quite of few .mov files for lower thirds/title/intro/outro (quicktime/alpha).

just after that only, it starts lagging,

then if I apply few events like color correction/levels or magic bullet looks it gets even worse,

If I slow up any clip for slow motion, it starts lagging even more, It's been like a dream for me to preview a fully edited(graded) slomo clip smoothly.

Render Settings:

Video Format: AVC

Audio: 320 Kbps, 48,000 Hz, 32 Bit, Stereo, AAC
Video: 59.940 fps, 1920x1080 Progressive, YUV, 16 Mbps
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.000

That's pretty much it.

By the way, What's the best settings to render with amazing quality and render time.

Thanks

Try other project properties to match your source and output.

I did try changing the frame rate to 60fps, still no change.

For speed of rendering, many of the same tips I directed you to on your other thread for smooth preview can also have an effect. But you may simply be limited by your hardware.

I'll be blunt. You just don't have enough CPU to do what you want to do.

Fast rendering on a laptop is a bit of an oxymoron. Make sure you have maxed out your memory amount on the laptop, install an SSD, and verify that your laptop CPU temperature is not running to hot.

A quality desktop with a good GPU, possibly the new Ryzen rig, would be the most cost effective/best way to improve render times.
