Thanks Nick and Set. Yea, I would say download the latest installer from our download page and reinstall. If that doesn't work, send us an email to our support and we'll figure it out together.

JohnnyRoy - I did download the latest version of Ultimate S when I moved to the new computer running Windows 10 but I am experiencing total freezes in Vegas 11 64 bit when I try to use any feature in Ultimate S and about 90% of the lower thirds do not display correctly in Vegas, 11, 12, and 14 64 bit. Still cannot get GrafPak 5 to display in any version of Vegas. I have sent an email to VASST support per your suggestion. Thank you for responding to my questions..
