Unable To Download Vegas Pro 18 :( frustrated please help

I have downloaded Vegas about 5 times now, every time I download it says it has successfully downloaded however I cannot find the program anywhere. I clicked create a desktop shortcut, there is no desktop shortcut, the VEGAS folder which should be in the program files where it says it downloaded is not there. The program simply does not exist on my computer although it says it has completed download.

The only think I can think of is storage space on my computer could be the issue. I have only 1.66 GB free on my computer; however Vegas is 760 something KB, so it should be able to download. That's the only thing I can think of that's the issue. Please let me know if you have any ideas. And does anyone know how I can contact Vegas for support? I am unable to locate any phone number and in the support center it only directs me to FAQs. I want direct support from a human.

If anyone can help me that would be so great! I'm so ticked off. Thanks :)

@rj1996 Hi, try going to System - Storage - Temporary files, tick all the boxes & delete to create more space.

Thanks Gid - it was a space issue. I freed up about 20GB of space and it installed and now I have access. Odd that it said “successfully installed” should have said “you need more space to install this program” but all set now!

You should probably say exactly what your issue is and what you tried. You are also using Vegas 18?

If space is not your problem, you have a different problem - and it is better to open a separate thread where you describe your system and the problems exactly - otherwise no one here can help you.
