Unmanaged Exception - Kernell Base - Vegas Pro Has stopped working

XGU wrote on 4/17/2021, 1:02 AM

Ever since the system32 file (kernel base 32 in Windows) was updated, Vegas Pro 17 or 18 refuse to work. It can open but would not load previous scenarios. I cannot contact the technical center. I reinstalled the program. To no avail. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a cure

I am very bad with IT. Apparently windows updated overnight and the kernel dll file is not compatible.

i downloaded vegas 17 and 18, reinstalled, restarted the computer but i get the same error message below each time

i am not sure it helps

thanks
