Vegas 15 - Custom Frame Rates for rendering MP4

I'm checking out the demo of 15, very interested in the new GPU aided MP4 rendering options. However almost everything I do is at custom frame rates. When I enter that rate for rendering the program usually changes the number to 15fps. Would it be possible to get custom frame rate rendering back?

Which renderer did you select?

Do you use the English or a localized version of Vegas Pro?

As far as I know, it's only been known to happen with some foreign language versions before. Please let us have a step-by-step walkthrough, or share a screen-captured video, of exactly what you do that makes this happen.

Confirmed, cannot set other than the listed frame rates.
