New install of Vegas 19 Post. As soon as I click on the Primatte studio fx tab, Vegas crashes.
How can I fix this?
I'm not sure whether this will resolve but, when I have had misbehaving plugin's, selecting the "Delete all cached application data" has usually helped. It causes VP to rebuild the video/audio plugin data, as well as defaulting all of the preferences (you may want to back up your preferences first though).

Having the same issue...new install of 19. Primatte click crashes it instantly. Tried the delete cashed (did not help).
You should put a screenshot of the error report information.
However, my first recommendation is to update the drivers for both your stand-alone and integrated graphics cards.
How do you add the the fx?
I had Vegas crashing when loading boris fx plugins from video effects tab but it was ok when used the event fx button. Strange but worked for me.
