Vegas 21, there's nothing on top-half, but Vegas 20 works ok

Maybe it's something dumb (hopefully), but after a few updates, when opening Vegas 21 I get the top-half blank, but the bottom-half working. Just in case, I uninstalled v187 and reinstalled v108, also Learning Models 21.1 to 21.0 and it's still the same. Please, let me know if there's a way to get back to the usual setup. What's strange is that I opened Vegas 20 and it works ok.

Yes, it crashes every time, that's why I came here cause I was seeing nothing else to make the preview window appear

Also, I don't have the greatest setup for Vegas, just an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400 CPU @ 2.90GHz with no graphics card added, 8GB RAM and Windows 10, but I never had any troubles (I have had crashes here & there, but much less than when I was using Vegas 20) until the last updates (v187 & 21.1) left me with this error, unless there was a Windows update that might've changed a few settings

That happened to me after I killed Vegas after I got tired of waiting for a slow-loading project to come up. Restoring to a previously saved Vegas window layout fixed it. If trying to load the default windows layout doesn't work for you, try a Vegas reset after saving your settings. Hold Ctrl-Shift down while double-clicking the Vegas icon and keep holding it down till the Vegas reset box comes up. Once you get in, suggest you save the window layout before restoring the settings you saved earlier.

Dunno how, but unknowingly left the PC for an hour with Vegas 21 open, and now it magically works, lol. But you're probably right, I must've shut down Windows with a crashed Vegas and this error appeared. Will save your suggestion just in case it happens to me again~
