Vegas adding in dead pixels

Hello all, I'm having a weird issue where Vegas 14 Pro is adding in a strip of dead pixels into my video projects. The pixels are fine in the original content and all my monitors are fine but there they are. Have any of you ever seen something like this?

Do you add any FXs?

What media codec source are you working with, and what final format do you render to ?

No Fx. MP4 for codec and final source.

Confused MP4 reading? try render the source to Sony MXF / XAVC, then from these, render back to Final MP4. (Just make a short duration render to save time)
