Vegas " An error occurred while saving the project file"

It pops up every time it also says " a file had to be renamed during this operation "

It would be much better if you could upload the image via the forum's upload link as that is a safer way for forum members to view it.

This reeks of the scam emails of "click and get a surprise". Yes, the surprise is that your computer is hijacked and ransomed.

You click on the circled button to upload an image direct into the post. That's how you can send it without resorting to a 3rd party link.
