Vegas Pro 13 Crashes upon Launch

I've used this product several times, and now it just crashes upon launch with an exception (unhandled) error and screen to send error report to SonyCreative. The report does not show much helpful information.

By the way:
Vegas Pro has been taken over by Magix since version 14 - and that was many years ago now. We currently have version 18 and 19 is in the starting blocks.

Here is more details on the environment Vegas Pro 13.0 Build: 453 64 bit, is running on:

PC i5-3570 3.40 Ghz, 8 GB Ram, Intel HD Graphics 4000

Windows 7 Pro x 64, SP1,

System drive 180GB, 38 GB free.

Project Storage (D:) : 500GB

Error message: Unmanaged Exception (Splash screen - initializing GPU).

It's an Intel graphics driver problem. You will need to explore an update compatible with your outdated operating system and Intel HD 4000.

(Intel 3rd gen i5@4.1GHz, 32GB RAM, SSD, 1080Ti GPU, Windows 10) Not now used with Vegas.
