This is my original video info : http://imgur.com/X2yL9bV

This is my render preset :http://imgur.com/tAB0wNx http://imgur.com/QgzwD8C

I already set priority of vegas14.exe to realtime

I thought it is not playback problem because I use aftereffect cs6 render same footage by selected Export>H264>render and the result same as original footage everything but quality. (have no stutter)

My rig

ntel core i7 6820HK
Ram: 32gb DDR4
GPU: Nvidia GTX 980m x2 SLI
SSD :MTS 820 Raid 0
Windows 7 Sp1 Pro 64 bits
Have no antivirus software

☺️File extension MP4 > MP4

Footage record with shadowplay

Hmm... My source video between 50-60 Mbps

Is your source video variable frame rate?

Using Mediainfo, does the Frame rate mode show as variable?

Example:

Video
Bit rate                                 : 60 Mb/s
Width                                    : 1 920 pixels
Height                                   : 1 080 pixels
Display aspect ratio                     : 16:9
Rotation                                 : 00°
Frame rate mode                          : Variable
Frame rate                               : 29.970 (29970/1000) FPS
Minimum frame rate                       : 28.571 FPS
Maximum frame rate                       : 30.000 FPS
