Vegas Pro 18 Motion Tracking region not working / appearing

Hi guys,
Am trying to work with the Motion Tracking in Vegas Pro 18 ... however, It doesn't display the Region once I have clicked on the Add Region icon. This is very frustrating coz now I can't track motion without showing which point in the video needs to be tracked. Please help. How can I get the Add region to work? Thank you in advance.

I'm using Windows 10, Vegas Pro 18.0 (Build 482)

@Stixx You must be doing something wrong because it's working for me.

If you're sure you're doing it correctly, performing a reset is worth a try.

@Jack S Okay I will try it out again tonight and see if it will work. However am wondering, is there anything else am supposed to do in terms of setting up a video ready for motion track? Coz all I do is just open vegas, Click on Open, select a video file, once it's opened in the project and on the timeline, I click on the motiontrack icon, menu appears, then once I click on Add region Bam! Nothing appears / happens. On the menu it shows the region is added but on the preview window nothing is shown (No rectangle thing on the video preview). Am I supposed to do something extra for this to work?

@lan-mLMC Woah! I hadn't realized there was also that one. I tried many times to closing and reopening the motion track panel but the results are still the same. I will send a video recording of this later tonight.
Which Vegas Pro 18 Build would you recommend that doesn't have this bug?

@Stixx As @walter-i. states, but because all preferences that you may have setup will be deleted, I suggest that you save your windows layouts and preferences using 'View/Window Layouts/Save Layout As...' and 'Options/Export Preferences...'.

Thanks @Jack S for the clarification - but it is also described in this troubleshooting.

@Stixx If you have Vegasaur, it has its own tool that does this. "Tools / Vegas Preset Manager"

Just for your information: We don't want to accuse you of anything here, but we know that cracked versions are afflicted with very unnatural errors and we spend a lot of time here trying to find such unnatural errors.
Often, after an endless search for errors, we find out that the error is in the version itself.

@walter-i. having seen the uTorrent icon next to Vegas doesn't necessarily mean it's a cracked version. However, I understand the perception it brews. But let's focus ...
As @lan-mLMC had earlier noted, there is a bug in build 482. So I was wondering whether it could be the same thing am encountering ... or maybe there's a workaround that makes it work ... or maybe suggest which build doesn't have this issue.
