Vegas Pro 19 Build 643 Win11 support?

Wavepush wrote on 12/14/2022, 4:37 PM

I was wondering if Vegas 19 has been officially validated for Windows 11? My Vegas still shows that I'm running on Win10.

I get some stuttering issues when I'm searching through my plugins, mainly some videoFX plugins when I click on them, the program takes time to load the various different effects within that list in the viewer. Not sure if it's caused by the program not being officially supported.

It's showing that I'm running on Win10 even though I'm on Win11. I did uninstall/reinstall, but it still shows it

@Wavepush Presumably you upgraded from Win 10 to 11. Perhaps it's something you could ask on the Microsoft forums.

Yes it was officially validated. I think slow plugin loading has been reported by others in the past.

@Wavepush I have vp19 and vp20 on my Win11 laptop and vp19 reports Win10 while vp20 reports Win11. The os build numbers are the same, however. Looks like the os build number is being interpreted incorrectly by vp19 but it runs just as well on other systems of mine with Win10.
