vegas pro 19 & colorization

New to forum Less than a year ago I purchased vegas pro 19. )Janurary) I am trying to colorize old black and white films

I cant find the plugin any where. I went on tech support chat and it doesn't allow me to chat. (cookies enabled) It says start typing to start a chat but nowhere to type, I see that they don't support old versions.(19?) Sounds like support is deliberately gone unless you purchased recently. Is there a way to get "deep learning curve for VP19 and the colorization plugin? build 651 is installed

j_v Thank you. Managed to download and install however it doesn't show on the fx page (AI/MU) is empty.

Do you know what I'm missing? Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz   3.60 GHz

When mine have gone missing I did a reset and they came back. Back up your preferences first (export to file) https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/

Tried and failed however the reset did work I did not backup but my windows layout was still there under windows layout/organize layout. I did have to re do my preferences

Can you confirm the version of deep learning that is installed in windows add and remove programs?

Make sure you have the final deep learning update for VP 19 from here: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-where-can-i-download-vegas-pro-and-other-vegas-software--104782/

If not the latest, uninstall and reinstall?

What is your GPU? VEGAS should tell you under help/driver update.

What memory does your Graphics card have?

Your CPU is below the system requirements for VP 19...even it was made available, it will struggle to use the colorization plugin.

I think that GPU is also below minimums for VP18+. It's Kepler generation which was before the supported 9XX Maxwell generation in my understanding (not that familiar with Quadro).

It's a 9 year old system which is pushing it for video editing with new versions of VEGAS.
