Vegas Pro 20 will not install

Tried to install Vegas Pro 20 upgrade. Keep get a popup message:
"Could not load product info:
C:\Users\jkerry\Local\Temp\MGXZ30-1\product\VegasSetupinfo.ini"

How can I get this problem fixed for my purchase.

Maybe it is a download error - I would try again with this version:

Thanks for the suggestion. But I already have the version and it still has the same popup window. The only difference it make a new temp file MGXZ..., Each and everytime I try to install it.

Again, the question that dexcon already asked: Did you install Vegas on a drive other than C:?
Vegas wants to be installed on C: - some users tried to install Vegas on other drives anyway, and had similar problems as you report. Apparently Vegas looks for certain files in a standardized location, and now can't find them there.

Yes it was trying to install it on Drive C. I did not try to install it on another drive. When installing it there is not choice for a different drive. If there is how would you go about it to see if that works.
