Vegas Pro 21 best build?

Hello. I'd like to know which is the most stable version of Vegas Pro 21, as I've tried using it in the past but had many issues and crashes.
I'm currently using version 17, which has never given me any issues, but I'd like to use version 21 (which I paid for for a reason).

Im using v.21 build 315 but I don't know if it's safe (I don't want to waste hours of work)

21.315 is relatively stable but may have decoding glitches with your NVIDIA GPU depending on the media in use.
If there's a problem you should still be able to paste the timeline into 17 or temporarily turn off the GPU in preferences/video (and possibly enable legacy decoding in preferences/ file io).

I prefer build 21.208 myself and 22.

See the release history here for what changed/ has been fixed: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/vegas-pro-vegas-post-release-history--104998/?page=3

Ditto.

I found that 4K .mp4/AVC media struggled in VP21b315 so I went back to build 208 - (my computer has an NVIDIA GPU).

Vegas Pro 22 build 250 has proven to be reliable with the same type of media on the same computer.

A recurring problem I've had is this: the same video that I dragged to edit in Vegas 17 and that worked without problems, would become unresponsive and crash in Vegas 21.

Can you share what type of media you have problems with?
