VEGAS PRO 22.0 crashes when opening some tabs

Hello!

VEGAS PRO 22.0 keeps crashing, over and over again, whenever I click on the following tabs:

"Video FX", "Media Generator", and "Transitions".

I have already tried uninstalling it twice, wiping it completely from my PC everywhere, even as far as removing registry keys, and then reinstalling the latest version. The program is activated correctly on my account/serial no. I've already tried clean installing the latest NVIDIA Studio driver for my GPU (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER). I have 32GB RAM and I tried making VEGAS settings to either use more RAM, or turn of GPU accelerating completely. I also tried disabling any plugin scanning for VST Audio Plugins, and removing them all... Nothing works, it just crashes instantly whenever I click on any of those tabs. I also have C++ (latest version, both x64 and x86), and the same with .NET Framework. I also installed legacy DirectX. This problem started happening when I did a clean install of Windows 11, resetting my PC, and reinstalled everything, including VEGAS Pro 22.0.

What's going wrong?

@Cantavanda Whenever I do an uninstall/wipe of Vegas, I use Revo to scrub it off of disk and out of the registry. And after reinstall put all my settings in manually with the preference screens and not with exported settings files which might contain invalid paths embedded. Also, if you reinstalled Vegas dlms, make sure you didn't grab an arm version by mistake... did that once myself and the install did not squawk. Since you reinstalled Windows and c++, you might also want to refresh the redistributables from the Microsoft permalinks.
