" VEGAS Pro has stopped working " message on exit

This happened in Vegas Pro 13.0 (possibly earlier versions too) and was discussed here. I've already had it happen a few times in VEGAS Pro 14.0 (Build 161). Here were 2 different scenarios:

  1. Open VP14 very briefly to check some preferences > Exit > Get message.
  2. Opened a video clip on VP14 timeline > put VEGAS Sharpen on and adjust > turned off GPU in preferences > File > Get message as in below screen shot and submitted the Problem Report.

Anyone else still getting this?

That 2nd one should read

Sad. I'd hoped this common fairly harmless but annoying error present in earlier versions would have been fixed.
