VegasPro 20 build 326 doesn't open, stuck in "Creating Windows" screen

I have just installed this new version, and when loading, it gets stuck when it gets to "Creating Windows..." part.

I have tried to reinstall, rebooted a few times, updated drivers, etc.

Any idea on how to fix it?

@Mario-DelNunzio - Factory Reset? Clean the Vegas Cache?

@Mario-DelNunzio Had that problem once. Removed Deep Learning for Vp20 and was able to get Vp20 past creating Windows. I think I also re-saved all my old layouts too. Then exited and reinstalled Deep Learning... making sure it was the right version (20.4.0.0) for the Vp20 build 326 update. After that it was all good again.

VegasPro 21 build 300 doesn't open and stuck in "Creating Windows" screen... Tried the above mentionned tricks, no chance. Some help!!! please. (AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor, 4001 MHz, GC AMD W5700, W10... PC ok.)
