@Mykee So, you are missing all plugins from 'MagixAiFx.ofx.bundle' and 'MagixCVFx.ofx.bundle'. Can you look into this folders and report if 'MagixCVFx.ofx' or 'MagixAiFx.ofx' are preset in their Content\Win64 folder path. It would be also nice if you can share your log file (svfx_video_grovel_x64.log) which is located in your user folder (C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\19.0)

Nice shot, I looked into this log file, and found this:

Log file is here:

With MagixCVFx.ofx has problem too, but files are there

MagixAiFx.ofx never worked. I installed the original 381 installer, and what I see in log file?

Filters.ofx and MagixCVFx.ofx has worked until 550 version.

I also tried replacing the Filters.ofx and MagixCVFx.ofx folders from version 636 with the older version 550, but that didn't help either. The loader module may be the problem here.

I installed the Vegas Effects demo and it also sees all the effects missing in version 636.

My problem is that I started and built the project in version 636, I realized too late that the filters were missing. But I can't open it in 550...

@Mykee  ... If you have an earlier version of Vegas Pro (e.g. VP18, 17 etc), one workaround would be to copy/paste the entire timeline from VP19 b636 to the older VP version, uninstall VP19 b636 and re-install build 550, and then copy/paste the entire timeline from the older VP version back into VP19 b550. The .veg project name will need to different to the one created in b636. With one project I'm working on at the moment, I've even appended the .veg name with 'b550' and 'b636' so as to not get them mixed up.

Ctrl-A will highlight the contents of the timeline, but it might be an idea to 'Group' the highlighted timeline to limit the chances of some tracks ending up in different positions when pasting.

Thank you, I will try that. I have reinstalled version 18 and will then put the 550 release back.

I was wondering what filters MagixAiFx.ofx might contain and why it hasn't worked since the first release... Would this be processor dependent?

Just to update everyone, I managed to completely uninstall Vegas 19, then managed to find an install exe file for 19 build 550. After installing this my stabiliser has now returned and I can once again work with my clients existing open projects (phew!) Think I'm just going to skip this latest build, something doesn't seem to play nice with my system.

Depending dlls are missing. According the log file, all bundles relying on opencv' dll are missing. The following files should be located in your root folder:

The problem is with OpenVINO. Increased minimum hardware requirements:

"6th to 12th generation Intel® Core™ processors".

Joke. Why do I have a good video card and lots of memory if I don't use the processor for editing?

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/openvino-toolkit/system-requirements.html

Or the problem is not openVINO, just some other bug in the new version. (Unfortunately I don't know what OpenVINO the 550 build used)

Sebastian from Vegas is on the case, there must be a deeper problem. He's looking for a solution.

Mykee wrote on 6/8/2022, 7:10 AM

Sebastian found the solution, for which I am very grateful!

The problem was caused by the Intel OpenCL SDK. It activated the OpenCL features of the processor, but it seems to be too old, so it has to be removed from Windows. After rebooting the machine, manually delete the C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\OpenCL SDK\ folder with everything.
Then reboot version 636 with a reset and everything will be back in place!

If the AI plugins show up but are not good, uninstall Deep Learning Models 19.3 and reinstall it!

Update 1: You may also need to reinstall the video driver, check in Vegas to see if it sees your card!

@Mykee glad you have everything back.

I have the same issue but after updating to Vegas 21. Video Stabilization plugin is missing in the list of FXs. Tried the cure with C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\OpenCL SDK\ folder, but there is no one at all. Would appreciate any suggestions...
