VP17: Frozen at Timeline?

Hi - VP DOA. Did Factory Reset and the UNINSTALL and REINSTALL. Still unrepsonsive. This has happened after installing and exploring the new Neat Video 5 for vp17. Gonna try uninstalling NV5 to see if NV is the culprit.

Any other sauggestions?

Removing NV5 made no difference. VP17 still Frozen on screen.

1080p 60. Was working yesterday.

Well, I've deleted VP17 in C:\Users\.........Local\VEGAS Pro, that allowed me to get back to a functioning T/L but STILL that PINK Project Media? So I went throught the Layouts and got it back. There's a nasty Layout that combines with one of the POWER User combos that discombobulates the Workspace and makes for that blind PINK result.

Gonna reinstall NV5 . . .

Yeah, I did think of that, however recalling other WIndows Layouts got me going to forget the NV settings. I'll try and repro.

@Marco. - Is this something you have to do? Disable NV GPU support?

I can't. NeatVideo does not support my GPU at all. So it is always CPU only on my system.

@Marco. Understood. Anyway, it's now working fine. The Windows layouts are now mine from VP16 migrated to VP17.

CSP working in VP17.
