Weird bars on the video (not black bars)

Hello! I was going to make a video, but when I imported the video file, it had weird bars on the left side and on the top. This is not black bars, but the bars is actually a bit of the video playing alongside it, just zoomed in (see picture).

This comes when I've rendered it as well as in the project. Any solutions? Thanks in advance!

(Im using Sony Vegas Pro 14 to edit and GeForce Experience to record.)

It looks like there are two layers of video, the top smaller than the lower, which is why the underlying video can be seen on the edge and at the top of the frame. Make sure the video on the top track is adjusted in Pan/Crop (right click) so it fills the frame.

Doesn't look like it to me. Looks like the right side of the picture has wrapped around to the left.

An incompatibility between Vegas and the video captured by GeForce Experience doesn't surprise me. See here.

Does the captured video file play normally in a media player such as Windows Media Player or VLC?

Do you have any choice of different formats when you capture?
