Weird Lines Over Video

DSW7 wrote on 9/18/2016, 1:38 PM

I'm using VP 13 for Windows 10. I recenty downloaded a template off of the internet that I intend to use. However, for whatever reason, the FX are adding these weird lines to the screen. They disappear if I click the split screen view button, but that removes some FX. They even remain when rendering the video and I have no idea how to rid myself of them. Any quick answers would be appreciated, I've been up about twenty hours as of now and I can't sleep until I get this done.

Not sure what "template" means. What exactly did you download? Images? FX? A veg file?

Looks to me like they might be like a watermark on a trial version of something. i.e. You need to register a license to remove them.

If one of the files that you downloaded was a multi-layer .png or .psd file open the file(s) in an image editor and look for a layer with that graphic. Delete the layer in the image.

Definately watermarks of an unregistered/unlicensed FX.
