Just 4 days ago, I encoded an MP3 from Vegas 17. Yesterday I went to encode another MP3, and it's vanished from the list of formats. How can that happen? It worked fine a few days ago. I thought maybe a reboot would fix the issue, but no such luck.
Nothing has happened to that format, that I also don't see in the list when there is no audio on the timeline to render, as another member showed you already. But it is there when the project to render has also audio.😉
@j-v, thanks for the link to reset, wasn't aware of that. So I did the reset procedure, but it did not seem to have any effect on making the MP3 render format appear in the list again, so no go...
What exactly have I lost in the program by resetting?
The only anti virus I use is the one built into Windows 10 and I'm not using a registry cleaner either. Like I said, only 4 days before, I rendered an MP3, so it was fine. And then for no apparent reason, it disappeared from the list. I hope it doesn't happen again because it's a pain to uninstall and reinstall Vegas, plugins, etc.
