That is strange.  Magix is creating a lot of unneccesary bad will among loyal Vegas customers.

I went to upgrade my software and there is no option anywhere on the Magix site to upgrade at the special price.

...I also NEVER received an email from Magix with upgrade information. I had gotten emails from Sony alerting me to the change in ownership, but Magix never once contacted me about an upgrade...

still nothing good on the price of the upgrade..i think i;ll pass this year and get a brand new license at next releases fire sale price..

Thanks for the link. The price is still a bit steep for an upgrade. I thought initially the Vegas Pro 14 was $199 and the Suite was $249. I never paid more than $200 to upgrade my software from Sony. Magix is really gouging the customers.
