For some reason V11/64 stutters with my Sony TD30 50p 2D files, even without any fx on it! Why?

General smooth motion tips are here: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-make-my-video-preview-play-smoothly-in-vegas-pro--104624/

Can you share some sample files on a cloud service for others to test?

The files are correct for sure, but now i discover something interesting.

If i set my monitor refresh rate to 60Hz, motion is much better. I see just the regular 60-50fps difference, but when the monitor work at 50Hz, i see around 25fps strobe motion :(

The problem exist since i changed my 210 geforce card to 750Ti. With the new card i couldnt use dvi output to my 3DTV and hdmi output to the monitor, because TV often showed black with 5m hdmi cable. Also i got gamma problems on my monitor. So i switched the two outputs: hdmi works flawlessly with the TV, and i connected dvi to the monitor. In this case the problem was, i couldn't select 1080/50Hz mode in windows, only 60Hz, so i have to create a custom resolution. It works, 50fps films with MPC plays silky smooth, but Vegas 50Hz project stutters bad.

WHY?

I connected my monitor via hdmi 50Hz, and still stutters :(

Tried change ram preview size from 0-200MB, nothing changed.
