Just updated my 11900k system to Win11. Can't say I care for Win11 much. But Vegas 18 and 19 work and perform fine.
Btw, had to do a roll back of the video driver Microsoft slipped in as per feedback from amd... the Microsoft supplied driver is apparently incompatible with amd enterprise driver 21.q3 which works fine after the rollback. Also, it might be a good idea to deactivate Vegas from it's menu before doing a Win10 -> Win11 update then reactivate it afterwards. I didn't do that and had to log into my Magix account to do it because it treated the change in os to be a different computer and told me I was out of licenses.
Where and how do you deactivate / reactivate Vegas?
To deactivate, in Vegas Pro go to the Help menu and select "Deactivate the software on this PC". When you start Vegas Pro next time, it will automatically require activation.
Windows update advises my pc is not compatible gigabyte 370 hd3.(see sig) Have enabled TPM in bios, checked by running tpm.msc under dos cmd and 'get-tpm' in powershell. Both show tpm to be OK & running but MS still insists there is a compatibility problem. I'm sure I'll not be alone with this one.

I had that issue with a Nuc8 when I first checked about a month ago. But now the update went through and Win11 is installed and running on it just fine. I did do a recent bios update on that machine so that might be what made it fly.
Have updated Bios, checked TPM still enabled and bios set uefi. Still not recognised as good to go. System disc is partitioned MBR rather than GPT but I doubt this is not causing system to be recognised.
At bit off topic but there is a TPM socket on the mb to take a 'dongle' (not fitted). Assumed this was for additional corporate security and not needed generally.

@diverG think that might be the problem. Besides tpm, Secure Boot is also required for Win11. I think you might need to convert to gpt to enable that. I know I've heard allot of complaints from folks that use dual-boot to switch os to Linux and/or xp64 via mbr who are boxed out of trying Win11.
I have the same issue as @diverG; Windows Update says I'm incompatible, but the PC Health Check says it's a go. This may be happening because I had to enable TPM 2.0 in my BIOS in order to get a thumbs up from the app. I may hold off on Win 11 for a while though, since MS says that Win 10 will be supported through 2025.
Do you know whether your system drive is set mbr or gpt. Mine is MBR. There is mbr2gpt tool in w10. Will clone my current system disc and change it to gpt & test. There are tools within W10 to establish whether disc is more or gpt. As you say we have until 2025 to solve issue. There will be many users with mbr setup, we are not alone. It only becomes a real problem when VP cannot run on W10.
Have converted mbr to gpt. Sys info now shows uefi correctly. Looks like all program licences are OK and no data lost. Big mistake, went, went out to cut the lawns and W11 appeared.
Have 10 days to roll back if not wanted. Should have taken an image immediately after conversion. Maybe disabling TPM will be effective in stopping W11 for those who do not new OS yet.
Rufus has extended windows 11 support integrated into their tool already. Bypasses TPM/Secureboot/and 8GB ram requirement. Clean install required. AND windows WILL be supporting all updates. https://rufus.ie/en/
One thing I am noticing is quicktime "depreciated feature" no longer works in windows 11/ vegas 19
