I never got my sony account back because I never made any posts. I never even knew 'MAGIX' existed before today. I uninstalled svp13 because it was glitching constantly, and went onto the sony site to download it again, to be re-directed here. MAGIX won't register that I've ALREADY bought svp13, and I've tried to redeem via serial number but it just says the code is wrong...very disappointed considering I spent so much money on it. I'm a teenager, I can't afford to buy it again. Someone please help as I need to use sony vegas pro today and evidently can't.
