I used the trail version up and then I purchased the full production online. The box comes up for me to put in the serial number and Ive tried copy paste and manually typing it in. I hit submit it says the program will now restart to upgrade it. Then it just brings me right back to the box that says enter serial number trial expired. Ive tired uninstall and reinstalling from the website. At this point im just irritated and have tired everything i can think of.

If anyone has any advice it would be nice since they wont have customer service there for basically another 2 days.
