RE: Transfering Motion Data completely disrupts the project
Mocha is a different animal to what you've worked with before (unless you have Mocha Pro). I mainly use Mocha Pro in which you need to save a tracking project and import it into another Mocha Pro project in order to use the original tracking data.

RE: How to color grade teal orange by masking subject?
@SyedDanish-Ali Hi, hard to say without seeing the video but it sounds like you've tried the AI options, yep they can be slow or inaccurate depending on the image. Next would be to create your own masks, these would require tracking of some kind,

RE: Psd Layer Splitter Script
I watched your video, you seem to want to change width & height values as well, but I'm not sure how to calculate them with z values. Do you have any idea? Hi @zzzzzz9125I don't understand scripting programming in Vegas Pro, I know some

Vegas Video Stabilization has been in Magix products since 2019 , but a post from that yr - Kami_1 wrote on 8/19/2019, 11:32 PM Just installed, and want to go back to prevous version. I was annoyed when they rearranged the Video Effects selection

RE: Border Around Picture In Picture
I take it you are using Pan/Crop to make the smaller picture, right? If so, open up the Video FX window for that event (I.e. that clip on the timeline) and near the top of that window you will see your "Pan/Crop" listed and the "Sony Border" listed

RE: What frame-size is handed to NEAT Video-- project or actual media res?
Applying Neat Video at the Media level I really don't think is a grand idea... In many tests over the years, I have come to the conclusion that kernel-level filters, including Neat, are almost always better applied to the source media than at a

RE: Shutter encoder advice ?
Try these settings and report. Those settings are almost an exact match of what I use for "highest quality" x264 output not only in Shutter Encoder, but also Voukoder, HOS, and Handbrake. @john_dennis and I have reached consensus on a number of

RE: VP21 b300 - VP22. Still unresolved bugs with 4K MXF and HEVC files
VEGAS has a Vsync option as well in preferences. vsync only works for full screen,. Not for the preview window. To come up with a 30 fps testfile is a nice idea. But with 25 or 30 fps and no motion blur from a camera the preview will never be

Not sure how I can post a video sample. But here's my description. Let's say that i'm filming the Blue Angels against the clear blue skies, right? I'm assuming you've seen the Blue Angels at an Air Show before or are familiar with them. When I use

RE: Color grading in 21 Vegas Pro
This works, BUT it applies to the entire track, on which I may have several different clips that need their own settings. True, but if you've only got several video events that need processing this way, the number of tracks used don't cost any more.

RE: Vegas Effects to Vegas pro
Vegas Effects is much better I find with adding certain effects than Vegas Pro is. For example; Chroma keying out a green screen. I find the effect in Vegas Pro to be somewhat unintuitive and rather difficult to get a good result with. Meanwhile, if

Vloggers/Youtubers, what camera + capture method do you use for Vegas?

RE: How can I list ALL the codecs installed on my platform?
Blackmagic MJPEG codec is an older, proprietary codec. It may be installed as a hardware capture codec on your card. Vegas uses your system software codecs. And only some of them that meet strict licensure requirements. Nonpartnered Proprietary

RE: Recommend NTSC VHS mp4 Project/Encode Settings?
@mark-y Thanks, though actually i always do have the de-interlace and resample mode set that way, and I still don't notice any benefit to rendering at 60p. Maybe I'm just dumb, but isn't having each frame doubled (with each doubled frame being

RE: Help needed...New to Voukoder 13.4.1
I have a theory. I think it might be the way a digital zoom was done. Because when I align the br30 clip on the last pumpkin with the one in the camera clip, the perspective of the rest doesn't jive. I didn't try to match endpoints. Decent quality

Yea, it's whoever captures these, I dunno. Seems to be different types of MKV's. The glitches seem weird, like they will be there through one playthrough/render but then randomly will be fine at same spot of video where it was glitching before. I

Yes that 4070-s is good value but only has 12gb, I like the $450 price tag. You think I can get by smoothly with that card, editing 4k footage, color grading, titles, motion tracking, etc? I'll have an i9 14900k and 96Gb RAM. The Ti looks to only
