[Solved] VEGAS Not Loading Video Codecs after Re-Installation Causing Crashes
I recently re-installed windows on my computer and subsequently reinstalled both VEGAS 15 & 16. Vegas will open just fine, but when I click on a video it just shuts down/crashes. The weird thing is that some video will load/activate the codec

RE: [Solved] sloMo rendering
To be expected. You haven't got enough frames. Best would be to shoot at 60p and then your slow down to 30p or 24p will be smooth. Alternatively, you need software to interpolate frames: Twixtor or Respeedr. Or different NLE like Resolve, Final Cut

RE: [Solved] Audio Cutting Out - Returns after playback in Premiere Pro
There is a way you can edit a dll file to only exclude that particular problematic format (a way to do this within Vegas preferences would be awesome, Magix), @NickHope might be able to help there. That way you are not breaking compatibility with

RE: [Solved] Vegas Pro 14 Jump-Cuts Gltiching out.
Just render your original media into "something" else. Then edit in Vegas From Vegas (if a straight render will work) I would render to a lossless avi file (MagicYUV ) or cineform or XAVC-intra. Or try to find a legacy install of Gopro studio (free)

I've done a bajillion searches for how to do timelapses in this version, but it always comes up with 12, or Vegas results. Which haven't worked. The main problem is when i go to Add Media and then select the first (or any) image to use as the start

[Solved] HEVC GoPro Hero 6 Audio Issues

[Solved] iPhone SE video lagging on timeline + video longer than audio
Hello, I put a 1080p60fps iPhone SE video on Vegas Movie Studio 14 Platinum timeline, but when I editing it is very slow / lagging. I tried to make the preview to draft quality (quarter) and turned and enabled GPU too. Plus the video a bit longer

[Solved] MS14 advanced render gives white noise audio on Feb trial - any?
I started with Movie Studio 12, which I really liked, but it couldn't smoothly preview gopro video, which was fixed in 13 but the touch interface is horrible, which annoys me every time I edit. I was pleased to see 14 fixed this, and downloaded the

RE: [Solved] GoPro Studio Cineform Color Bit Depth Gain?
It is impossible to "recover" bits that were never encoded. There is no such thing as "effective bit gain." Unless you believe in dragons that fly. I think you are confusing Protune, which is ten bits GoPro in an 8 bit wrapper, with normal 8 bit

[Solved] GoPro Studio Cineform Color Bit Depth Gain?
From other threads on this forum Ive read that using GoPro Studio to convert Hi Rez video into Cineform can "effectivly" recover two more bits of color depth from the compressed MP4 camera data. That is, Cineform based video out from GoPro Studio

RE: [Solved] Best Input Format as Digital Intermediate Supported by Movie Studio
I see Cineform and Grass Valley HQX in my Sony Movie Studio Platinum 13, so I must have installed the codecs (GoPro Studio at the time). As for XAVC Intra, (S)MSP 13 has only XAVC S. The link below discusses the "Steam Powered" versions, but it's

Question Re Drop Frame & GoPro 30P
NTSC country. My GoPro shoots in 30P which in Vegas' file properties --> general is listed as 29.970. I assume that means it's drop-frame. I've been noticing that when I drag a series of GoPro clips all together onto a 29.970 Vegas project
