I have "Blackmagic_Desktop_Video_Windows_10.4.3" and "Blackmagic_Converters_Windows_5.0" and "Blackmagic_HyperDeck_Windows_4.4.2" installed... I could install the ATEM software also, because I have a 4k Production Studio...I encoded these streams

To install any blackmagic codecs, you have to install their desktop software.

No Audio w/Transport stream from BlackMagic ATEM TV Studio
We record transport streams from BlackMagic ATEM TV Studio. When I import these streams in Vegas Pro 13, it doesn't recognize the audio track (only video). The audio is AAC 48Khz stereo. Premiere and Final Cut Pro detect the audio without a

RE: Will Magix be able to advise on recommened hardware
Johnny is wright - there has been recommondations for GPUs for Vegas by SCS, and they made sense but where expensive. And I do not know what is expected here today. We know quite well that GPUs like the AMD R9 390 (with or without X) support Vegas

You need to make sure you are in the correct driver version and it is not the newest one. I don't remember the version a friend of mine used to get his BlackMagic device to work in Pro 13

Exactly. Piotr PS Well - as afterthought, it also depends on what monitor inputs you have - and again, a simple money game from BlackMagic: - you want to cheat with a cheap HDMI 2.0 monitor or TV? Fine, but you will need to pay premium for the

RE: VP 13 super-fast with a GTX 1080 GPU acceleration
Your advise makes a lot of sense, Nick (assuming we indeed will get a completely revamped, and already representative of future development direction, Vega Pro 14 in September - which I doubt) - my specific situation made me do the investment

RE: Using Sony Vegas Pro 13.0 on 4K UHD monitors?
As mentioned previously on this forum, Sony was very close to releasing Vegas 14 earlier this spring. Artwork and information had been sent to websites, and product listings were popping up all over the web. Those pages were then removed and the

RE: Vegas Pro 13 + 14
It's really not going to help you at all. I use Mocha Pro for tracking and rotor. Then i send tracking and shapes to Blackmagic Fusion. For color keying and some other stuff I use Davinci Resolve. if Vegas doesn't step up its game soon, Resolve

RE: NeatVideo 4: which version to upgrade to?
Piotr, my GPU has *only* 4GB VRAM, and I can run Resolve Studio with no problem. I'm pushing the limit, to be sure, but it works. I have no idea why your version is "demanding" 8GB. Even that exceeds BlackMagic's own recommendations for 4k

RE: NeatVideo 4: which version to upgrade to?
From me, a solid two thumbs up for using the OFX version of NeatVideo in Resolve. I ingest 4k source footage into Resolve (Studio -- paid version), export HD proxies to cut in Vegas, then export from Vegas an XML to Resolve and grade the original

Sony FS5 clips crashing Vegas
So, after problems with ProRes clips from BlackMagic4k i moved to fs5 hoping that vegas can handle those clips better... well, how wrong was i. Because it's XVAC-L it's painfully slow to edit, but of course you can with proxies, so you can get away

RE: Best AVI codec resembling Blackmagic or Cineform
There is much wrong in the recommendations of this thread. For example, the Canous HQX is decoded in Vegas as 8bit only! Even if this codec is great in Edius, it is less worth in Vegas (where the Canopus HQ would be enough). I do still not know if
