  Yes, 4K and 5.3K in GoPro 11 is HEVC only (most unfortunately) so its unlikely that the legacy AVC setting will have any effect. Instead, try checking the experimental HEVC decoding setting in File I/O and see if that helps.

  Thanks for clarifying, I've only worked with older GoPros. FWIW, experimental HEVC decoding is so4compound, which can actually be fast with some HEVC types and at least Intel iGPUs. Doing this really slowed down the software when you click around
