I have the mercalli 4 installed in vegas 13 and 14. I also have the Vegasaur which has the Batch Stabilize function that supports the Mercalli 4 in vegas pro 14. Unfortunately Vegasaur does not support mercalli 4 in vegas 13. But I use the Script Add Mercalli developed by Peter_P to make Mercalli 4 work with batch stabilization in Vegas 13. For a number of reasons, Mercalli 4 has disappointed me: 1) Not properly parsing interlaced files in the Timeline. You have to change the project settings to progressive to work. 2) Normally the last frame of the analyzed clip always remains unstable. 3) You can not make any kind of cut, slow down or expand the event you need to do a new analysis. 4) In some cases, after rendering the plugin logo appears in some frames. The only inconvenience in Mercalli 2 is that it was always necessary to make a new analysis every time you make some kind of cut, reduce or expand the event so I plan to use it again.
I downloaded the Script Addmercali V1.01 developed by Peter P. for the mercalli 2. But for some reason it does not work on my Vegas 13. From what I read in the discussion forum other users also had the same problem as mine. I think I'll have to use Sony Stabilize again. The only thing I do not like about sony Stabilize is that it crops the image.
At location 1:27 of your video, you can see that the '-' key is already assigned to another function. Either delete this setting, or use an other key and test this key to bring up the FX.

I had already tried this. I think I'll have to put up with mercalli 4 for a little longer.
