Brainshark, Aspect Ratio, and other problems

Newbie here... great with graphics and print media... just starting out with the video thing... Shot a video with a Kodak Zi8 at 720 (HD (16:9) 30 fps: 1280 x 720 @ 30 fps) and need to render and upload to Brainshark.com site. Their "best practices" document specifies aspect ratio of 4:3 with pixels of 720x540. Also, they recc rendering at 512kbps and MONO 9this thing is stereo and mono option greyed out).

There are a list of other recc specs but when I render as .mov using custom settings for 720x540 the video stretches, my beautiful graphics are all pixelated... and the audio which I equalized and perfected now sounds like he is in a tunnel... BADDDDDDDD.

I need direction and I need it fast... this project was due weeks ago and my boss is NOT happy with me... :-(

Please let me know what other info you might need...

Thank you ushere... done with illness X2 and focusing on MONDAY... final due date of this beast...

When I did the nesting and pan-crop thing suggested... and rendered to wmv... got GREAT results (crappy audio - but perfect video and graphics) and small file size for Brainshark...

BUT... just got word from legal department and need to swap out graphic... opened latest video versions and... what the.... graphics that were on separate timeline with fades etc... are now all merged onto one video timeline... and I cannot figure out how to swap out graphic.... did the nest and pan/crop mess up the timeline? please help...

Once graphic is swapped will try audio suggestions from last week...

The parent project cannot be used directly to edit the child.
You can close the parent project and open the child to change the graphic or anything else for that matter.
Alternatively you can R Click the child event in the parent project and select an option from there to open it in another instance of Vegas.

Got it... swapped out graphic... moving forward with audio test at 48mhz...

THIS FORUM ROCKS!!!

EDIT: Bob... will updated video A automatically update in the nested pan crop thingy? (sorry lost track of who is parent and who is child).... am going to test it out... but any advice is welcomed...
