Can you put smaller clips on the timeline and do they play properly?
Can you upload a sample clip somewhere like Google Drive, Dropbox, Mega.nz, WeTransfer?

Yes, I can put smaller clips from the same camera (canon hv 20 a) on the timeline and they do play properly.

Tryed to update and got messege: "Vgas Pro 14 already installed, if you want to reinstall the application, please uninstall existing version before reinstall".

Your mediainfo shows that your video is 1920x1080 progressive video with 30fps, encoded with the x264 cidec and aac audio.
The Canon hv20 can't output such file. So where does the file you are trying to import fomes from? Rip, screen capture,...?

The other way you can try to do is convert it to more 'Vegas friendly' format...

It is, for anyone with a Sony account. How do I know? I have just downloaded it and installed it. When I then opened it for the first time, it asked me to log in to my Sony account (or to create one if I didn’t have one).

opening a sony account for browse doesn't cost and gives access to sony's cloud - not that i've ever used it. browse is a perfectly good transcoder though not as versatile as prepare, but certainly good enough for basic transcoding.
