The last version to have Capture Video was Vegas Pro 17.

I see from your earlier thread from 2017 that you had Vegas Pro 14. If you still have Vegas Pro 14 (multiple versions of Vegas Pro can be installed on the same computer at the same time), you can still use Vegas Pro 14 to import the MiniDV video and then use Vegas Pro 20 for editing etc.

What i used back in the day for MiniDV captures via firewire was a small free program called WinDV. It was quite robust and does not drop frames while capturing. It's still available for use, if interested the link is below:

I still keep vp19 around to capture from an old camera via a 1394 card. There used to be firewire to usb converters around but they seem to have all disappeared too. Just grabbed Scenalyzer Live which looks pretty good.
