Do i need a Grapics Card for what i do ?

I want to build a PC but i am finding mixed information if i really need a graphics card for my work.

I am rendering videos in Sony Vegas with ONLY **Pictures, text and music**

They are long videos and will **NOT** have any effects or special effects in the video.

Do i really need a Graphics card for faster rendering ?

Or will i have enough with an onboard GPU ?

If you are using an i7-6700k or i7-7700k you will be very happy with the internal GPU. I have an i7-6700k without additional graphics card and I'm working with UHDp30 XAVC-S footage and render to UHDp30 HEVC using the Intel QSV support.
