is there any way that we can just select 2nd camera media and place on timeline by syncing main camera?

Without audio or timecode that matches, the only way I know to do it is visually. By watching something that changes simultaneously in at least 2 cameras at a time. If you can spot anything to cue on, put each camera into a pip-box and slide the clips around till the cues line up. If you can't get a single cue to show on all 3 at once, do 1 & 2 first and look for a different cue event for 2 & 3 or 1 & 3. Once you get a pair, group them so you don't mess up their alignment trying for the 3rd.

@Howard-Vigorita sir i do the same everyday but it is time consuming so i want something like shortcut to sync all cameras together.

unless you have syncrhonized timecode or a good audio sync point in your video, that isn't going to happen.

There's no way to know what to change it to without synchronizing the files first.
