Intergrated Video Card and AMD Video card

I am having trouble getting Vegas pro to recognize my AMD Video card. It defaults to the integrated card. How do I change the settings to get Vegas Pro to use the AMD card? I am such a novice...Thank you in advance.

I don't know your hardware, but if the card is available you maybe have to allow its appearance in the BIOS. Maybe an expert has to do that for you. Don't forget afterwards to update its drivers if you use one of the latest Vegas versions.

Vegas should recognize and default to most recent vintage consumer amd video cards. I'd start by going to the amd support site and make sure your driver is current. For more specific advice, you'd need to give info on your system components and config.
